This accessibility statement applies to the SJR Data website and web application at https://sjrdata.com, run by Clear Arrears Limited (trading as SJR Data).

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service. For example, you should be able to:

change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
navigate most of the service using a keyboard or speech recognition software
listen to most of the service using a screen reader

We've also made the text as simple as possible to understand.

Content that's not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

Excel exports and PDF letter packs are produced for staff at the organisation using SJR Data (for example a council or housing association) to use in their own tools. These are operational staff exports, not public documents. PDFs published to the public would be in scope.

What we're doing to improve accessibility

Keep accessibility under review when we add new screens, and add checks to our release process.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 28 September 2026. It was last reviewed on 30 September 2026.

On 30 September 2026 we replaced native browser confirmation dialogs on staff actions (delete, send, queue and similar) with an accessible in-app confirmation modal (Cancel/Confirm, Escape cancels, keyboard focus kept inside the dialog).

On 30 September 2026 we also added a data table for each main Dashboard and Audit chart, with a “Show as table” control, so screen reader users can move through each category and value (bar-by-bar or point-by-point).

This website was last tested on 30 September 2026 by Clear Arrears Limited. Testing used automated checks against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, plus keyboard and VoiceOver checks on the main public pages and logged-in staff screens.
